If you’ve booked and you have to cancel you will have 24 hours to do so! Deposits will be required before booking appointment. They well go towards your service , however they are no refundable or transferrable, you will have a 10 minute grace period. If you make it to your appointment after that an additional payment of $15 will be added to your service! If you’re over 20 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll be considered a no-show and you’ll have to reschedule your appointment. If I the stylist have to cancel or can’t take your appointment at the time I will ask if you would like to reschedule or would you like a refund of your deposit. Please remember I no longer provide the hair, so after booking I will send out a message of your remaining balance and of the hair you’ll need. If you have any concerns about your hair before you leave out the chair please let me know because after you leave your appointment there is nothing I can do for you. -Touchedbyniyalynae 🩷
